Description
Our client is currently seeking to recruit a Front Office Receptionist to join their team.
The working hours are from 8:30am to 17:00pm from Monday to Friday, with a 30-minute break.
Key Responsibilities:
- Managing the front office reception desk in a courteous and professional manner.
- Greeting visitors and assisting them as necessary.
- Answering all telephone calls promptly and efficiently.
- Communicating effectively with company departments, staff and individuals.
- Receiving and distributing mail as directed by the departmental manager.
- Assisting with clerical and other general duties as may be required.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- An MQF Level 3 qualification.
- In possession of an ECDL certification.
- Excellent communication skills in Maltese and English.
- Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
