Description
What you’ll do:
Own enterprise-wide technology change oversight impacting Stores across application, infrastructure, network, cloud, data center through pilots and rollouts.
Identify and proactively resolve change conflicts, collisions, and dependencies before implementation.
Coordinate change schedules and deployment timing across multiple delivery teams to reduce operational risk.
Establish governance and readiness reviews for high-risk or business-impacting changes.
Maintain an integrated enterprise change calendar that provides visibility into planned technology activities impacting Stores.
Lead cross-functional change reviews and escalations, ensuring risks are addressed and decisions are made proactively.
Track and analyze change-related incidents and trends to continuously improve change coordination and deployment success.
Fewer incidents caused by conflicting technology changes through proactive identification and resolution of change collisions.
Improved store stability and availability by reducing avoidable outages and performance impacts.
Better coordination of infrastructure, application, and operational changes, resulting in more predictable rollouts.
Increased deployment readiness through structured planning and risk assessment before changes are implemented.
Greater confidence in technology modernization programs by ensuring change impacts are fully understood and managed.
Faster issue prevention and resolution through centralized visibility and escalation management.
A more consistent store and Dealer experience through disciplined governance of technology changes across the enterprise.
What you bring:
7+ years of experience in release management, change management, technology governance, or enterprise program delivery.
Strong understanding of release management, environment management, deployment planning, and operational risk management.
Strong understanding of store operations and frontline impacts of technology change.
Demonstrated success coordinating multiple teams and resolving competing priorities across large portfolios.
Experience identifying change collisions, deployment risks, and interdependencies across technology ecosystems.
Strong analytical and decision-making skills with the ability to balance speed, risk, and operational stability.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all organizational levels.
Experience in retail, technology operations, or large enterprise environments preferred.
ITIL, PMP, Agile, or related certifications considered an asset.

Broadband Salary Range: $79,000 – $131,000.
Our typical hiring range is between $79,000 and $110,000. Salary decisions are also dependent on other factors such as your experience, industry benchmarks, internal equity and other role-specific requirements. For critical roles, the compensation offering will be reviewed to ensure alignment with market rate and conditions and the unique value you bring to the role.
