No Certification Required — Paid Training Provided
You do not need a Medical Assistant certification or license to apply.
We provide two weeks of paid training to help you learn our processes, develop your clinical skills, and feel confident in your new role.

What You'll Do
As a Medical Assistant, you'll play an important role in creating an exceptional experience for every patient.
You'll work closely with our providers and clinical team while helping patients feel comfortable, cared for, and confident in their treatment.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Perform manual patient vital signs
- Perform routine blood draws and venipuncture
- Administer intramuscular and subcutaneous injections as directed by the provider
- Maintain lab equipment and ensure proper quality control procedures
- Document and maintain accurate lab results and records
- Run in-house laboratory testing and prepare specimens for outside facilities
- Ensure appropriate labs are ordered and prepared for each patient
- Complete weekly inventory and assist with ordering supplies
- Communicate effectively with the clinical and administrative teams
- Assist with front desk responsibilities when needed
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming clinical environment
- Provide friendly, professional, and compassionate patient care

Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; physical documentation required
- Medical Assistant or Phlebotomy certification preferred, but not required
- Minimum of 3 months of relevant medical experience performing phlebotomy, injections, and vitals OR documented completion of 180 externship hours
- Previous experience with venipuncture and intramuscular/subcutaneous injections highly preferred
- Basic computer skills required
- Must successfully pass a criminal background check
- Strong work ethic and commitment to patient care
- Must be flexible with clinic hours, including occasional late hours and weekends
Clinic Hours
- Monday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- Tuesday: 8:00 AM – 7:00 PM
- Wednesday: 8:00 AM – 1:00 PM
- Thursday: 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- Friday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- Saturday: 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM
