Description
Locum Associate Dentist – Skyline Dental | Ottawa, ON
3 Days/Week | Established Schedule | Sedation Opportunity
Skyline Dental is looking for a Locum Associate Dentist to join our established Ottawa practice for a maternity leave coverage from December 4 to March 4, with the potential to continue one day per week following the locum.
This is a great opportunity to step into an established schedule already booked approximately three weeks out, with strong daily billings, dedicated CDA support and a well-established hygiene program.
Schedule
Tuesday: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Wednesday: 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM
Thursday: 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM
Why This Opportunity
- Established schedule with strong patient demand
- Previous DDS billings of approximately $3,000/day
- Dedicated CDA support
- 3 associate operatories + 4 hygiene chairs
- Nitrous, oral and IV sedation offered within the practice
- Modern technology including iOS, panoramic imaging, digital X-rays and Videa Health
- Dentrix and paperless workflow
- New grads welcome
- Potential opportunity to continue one day per week after the locum
The Clinical Opportunity
This role is particularly well suited to a dentist who is comfortable providing nitrous sedation. The practice has nitrous plumbed directly into the operatory and receives referrals for sedation, making this an excellent opportunity for a dentist who enjoys this area of practice. Nitrous experience is required.
Who We're Looking For
We're looking for a dentist who is comfortable working independently, enjoys being part of a busy practice and can confidently step into an established patient schedule. New graduates are welcome to apply provided they are comfortable with nitrous sedation.
If you're looking for a strong three-day schedule with great earning potential and the possibility of staying with the practice longer term, we'd love to connect.
