Description
We are looking for a dependable, detail-oriented Construction Administrator who can keep projects organized and help coordinate the day-to-day needs of a busy construction operation.
This position requires someone who is comfortable juggling changing priorities, communicating with multiple teams, and making sure important details don’t fall through the cracks. Construction or related operational experience is preferred.
What You’ll Do
- Maintain project schedules, trackers, and operational reports
- Review daily field reports and make necessary scheduling updates
- Coordinate crew, equipment, vendor, and foreman schedules
- Handle project startup requirements, including contracts, insurance documents, and vendor compliance
- Coordinate permits, regulatory filings, and utility locates/Blue Stake
- Coordinate employee badging, background checks, travel, and per diem
- Help identify and implement more efficient administrative processes
- Use spreadsheets, digital tools, AI, and automation to improve workflows and reduce repetitive tasks
What You’ll Bring
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple deadlines and changing priorities
- Strong communication and consistent follow-through
- Confidence working independently and solving day-to-day problems
- Experience with spreadsheets, scheduling programs, and other digital tools
- Construction or similar operations experience is preferred
- Interest in technology, automation, and process improvement is a plus
