About this Role
PAR Electrical Contractors, LLC is seeking a skilled and dependable Fleet Data Administrator to support our construction and utility operations. The Fleet Data Administrator plays a critical role and will primarily focus on managing and maintaining accurate and organized information within PAR’s databases. This involves accurately entering, updating, and verifying data, as well as ensuring its security and confidentiality. They may also assist with creating reports, organizing files, and providing administrative support as needed.
What You'll Do
What You’ll Do
- Primarily data entry into our fleet database
- Create and/or generate reports and tracking documents
- Review, for completeness and accuracy, data, documents, spreadsheets, financials, reports, placemats, scorecards, etc. Errors, formatting issues, and the like, to be resolved before publishing or posting
- Ticket Screening
- Some outbound telephone work
- Support Service Center Representatives as needed
- Develop and maintain processes and procedures (step by step, workflow charts, etc.)
- All other duties assigned

- Strong presentational skills
- Communicate effectively (written and oral) between internal and external customers, and the excavating community.
- Must be proficient in computer programs such as Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, and Teams
- Ability to adapt to specialized software programs
- Capability of gathering and analyzing data for reporting accuracy
- General understanding of industry standards, processes and utility practices
- Must be proficient in computer programs
