We are seeking an experienced Senior Recruiter to manage end-to-end hiring for senior to supervisory-level finance and accounting professionals. The role will partner closely with internal stakeholders and clients to understand hiring requirements, build targeted sourcing strategies, and deliver qualified candidates within agreed timelines.

 

Employment Type: Full Time Contract Duration: 12-month contract

Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for senior to supervisory-level roles across finance and accounting.
• Partner with hiring managers and clients to clarify role requirements, target profiles, timelines, and selection criteria.
• Develop and execute sourcing strategies using LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, professional networks, and direct outreach.
• Screen and interview candidates, assess technical and behavioral fit, and prepare clear candidate recommendations.
• Maintain accurate candidate pipelines, recruitment records, and regular hiring updates.
• Provide a positive and timely candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
• Track market conditions and share insights on talent availability, compensation, and hiring challenges.
• Participate in recruitment caravan events in Makati two to four times per month, as required.

 

Qualifications

• At least three years of end-to-end recruitment experience, with proven success hiring finance and accounting professionals.
• Demonstrated experience recruiting senior, lead, or supervisory-level candidates.
• Strong understanding of finance and accounting roles, terminology, and candidate profiles.
• Experience in using Applicant Tracking Systems such as Workday, ICIMS, and other related tools.
• Experience partnering with clients or hiring managers and managing multiple vacancies simultaneously.
• Strong sourcing, interviewing, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong attention to detail and organization.
• Ability to work independently and deliver results in a mostly remote environment.
• Availability to attend recruitment caravan events in Makati approximately two to four times per month.

Contract Note: This position is initially offered as a one-year contract. An extension may be considered based on ongoing client hiring requirements and business needs.
