  • Mapping existing operational and administrative processes
  • Identifying needed process modifications to increase efficiency and administrative burden
  • Prototyping potential solutions and analyzing costs, associated risks and potential options
  • Assisting in the development procedures for organizational design
  • Reviewing existing work processes and organizational structures and providing assessment as to their efficiency and effectiveness
  • Compiling, assessing and disseminating organizational design analysis
  • Providing senior officials with advice on developing and integrating new organizational models or modifying current models
  • Coordinating the implementation of organizational changes
  • Integrate sound Information Management practices, according to institutional policy and directives, to enable data-driven decision making across the organization
  • Other process design tasks, as required.

The Bidder must submit copies of all supporting documentation required under the minimum mandatory criteria and, where applicable, any additional mandatory criteria, including degrees, diplomas, certifications and professional designations. Failure to submit the required documentation by the solicitation closing date and time will result in the bid being declared non-responsive.

**Bidders must provide references in their proposals who can verify the accuracy of the information submitted in response to this solicitation.

Number	Additional mandatory criteria
M1	The proposed resource must have at least 4 years’ experience in organizational design and/or process engineering, within the last 7 years. Experience must be demonstrated through one or more projects or appointments, and evaluation will be based on total relevant experience as well as breadth and complexity of activities performed.
M2	The proposed resource must have experience, acquired within the four (4) years designing and implementing at least one enterprise-level business process or solution. Experience must be demonstrated through specific examples of the work, detailing the process, the impact of implementation, and the size of the enterprise (or number of people impacted).
