Description

Description

CannaMD is a growing medical cannabis physician network committed to providing compassionate, evidence-based care that helps patients improve their health and quality of life. We actively support medical cannabis research and partner with respected institutions, including the University of Florida and Florida Gulf Coast University, on ongoing studies.

As we expand our services in Pennsylvania, our mission remains the same: to provide patients with knowledgeable guidance, meaningful education, and an exceptional care experience throughout their medical cannabis journey.

Job Overview

We are seeking a compassionate, energetic, and tech-savvy Pennsylvania-licensed Physician (MD or DO) to join our medical team as a Medical Marijuana Physician. This is an excellent opportunity to work in a growing area of medicine while maintaining a flexible, remote schedule. Please note that this is a contractor position.

Patient evaluations and follow-up appointments are conducted remotely, allowing the physician to serve patients throughout Pennsylvania. Although the clinical responsibilities are remote, we ask you to be willing to occasionally attend local community, educational, outreach, or professional events as a CannaMD representative.

This role requires a physician committed to compassionate care, patient education, and responsible medical marijuana recommendations. You will work closely with CannaMD’s medical services team to provide an organized, supportive, and seamless patient experience. This contractor position offers a flexible clinical schedule and an opportunity to help CannaMD build meaningful relationships within Pennsylvania communities.

We encourage you to visit CannaMD.com to learn more about our physicians, patient services, educational resources, and commitment to medical cannabis research.

What CannaMD Offers

At CannaMD, we value our physicians and strive to provide a flexible, supportive, and rewarding work environment. Depending on the arrangement, CannaMD may provide:

  • Fully remote telehealth appointments
  • Flexible scheduling and appointment availability
  • Industry-specific training and onboarding
  • Reimbursement for applicable state-required training, registration, licensure, or program fees
  • Administrative and medical-services team support
  • Established telehealth and electronic medical record workflows
  • Professional growth within an expanding medical cannabis organization
  • Opportunities to help shape CannaMD’s patient services in Pennsylvania

Why Join CannaMD?

CannaMD physicians play an important role in helping patients better understand Pennsylvania’s Medical Marijuana Program and determine whether medical cannabis may be appropriate for their qualifying condition.

This position offers the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in patients’ lives while working remotely in a rapidly developing area of medicine. You will help patients navigate the certification process with confidence, compassion, and reliable medical guidance.

If you are a caring, patient-focused physician who values education, accessibility, and evidence-based care, we encourage you to apply and join the CannaMD family.
