We are supporting a leading international consultancy recognised for delivering award‑winning SAP transformation and digital compliance solutions. Working with major global organisations, this team operates at the forefront of SAP Finance, indirect tax, e‑invoicing and digital reporting.

As an SAP Functional Consultant specialising in SAP Document Reporting Compliance (DRC), you will support clients in implementing, optimising and integrating SAP‑based tax and reporting solutions. The role combines hands‑on SAP functional work with direct engagement across business, finance and tax stakeholders.

You Will Take Ownership Of

• Designing, implementing and optimising SAP Document Reporting Compliance (DRC) solutions.

• Advising clients on SAP‑based e‑invoicing, e‑reporting and statutory reporting requirements.

• Configuring tax codes, tax types and tax determination across SAP FI, SD and MM.

• Working with SAP pricing and indirect tax processes across sales, procurement and finance.

• Delivering DRC implementations, enhancements and issue resolution.

• Analysing business and transaction processes to identify tax risks, improvements and compliance needs.

• Managing Business Partner master data, tax determination and SD Output Management.

• Translating business, tax and regulatory requirements into practical SAP solutions.

• Supporting integration between SAP and external tax, reporting and invoicing platforms.

• Working with SAP BTP, CPI or PI/PO for integrations and troubleshooting.

• Supporting testing, documentation, deployment and post‑go‑live activities.

• Working with Fiori and UI5 applications where relevant.

• Collaborating with functional, technical, tax and business teams across national and international projects.

• Contributing to the automation and digitalisation of indirect tax processes and reporting.

Your Profile

• 3+ years of hands‑on SAP experience (S/4HANA or ECC Finance).

• Strong functional knowledge of SAP FI and integration points with SD and MM.

• Practical experience with SAP DRC and digital compliance processes.

• Good understanding of VAT, e‑invoicing and e‑reporting requirements.

• Experience configuring tax codes, tax types, tax determination and pricing.

• Experience with Business Partner master data and SD Output Management.

• Basic understanding of SAP BTP, CPI or PI/PO and system integration.

• Experience with Fiori/UI5 is advantageous.

• Strong analytical skills and ability to translate complex requirements into practical solutions.

• Comfortable working directly with clients and presenting findings.

• Degree in economics, business informatics, computer science, tax, finance or similar (advantageous).

• Fluent German and English.
