Responsibilities
Provides friendly, expedient, competent and professional service to members via video technology, electronic, written and/or chat correspondence. Focused on first contact resolution and providing an excellent member experience.
Qualifications
Required Skills & Experience
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor of Arts/Science degree from an accredited college or university preferred.
- Two years related experience in a customer service environment required.
- Excellent communication skills to include: Telephone/Video etiquette skills, professional writing skills, strong interpersonal skills and multi-tasking ability.
- Excellent working knowledge of Windows-based PC products and general office equipment.
Physical Demands
- Must be able to sit and/or stand for extended periods of time and wear a headset.
- Must be able to see, hear, read, write, speak and type English & Spanish; bi-lingual required.
- Use of computer requires repetitive keystrokes.
Work Environment
- This role is fully remote, with the option to work from our HQ or retail locations.
- As part of your week, you may occasionally travel, as needed, to cover possible Business Continuity, training and/or meeting needs
- You’ll play a vital role supporting our members, so schedule flexibility between 8 a.m. EST and 6 p.m. EST Monday – Friday and 9 a.m. EST to 1 p. m. EST on Saturdays is required.
