Description
Working as part of our Talent team, you’ll partner with stakeholders across the business, taking ownership of recruitment activity from initial brief through to offer and onboarding. You’ll combine proactive sourcing and headhunting with strong stakeholder management, providing expert advice and delivering an excellent experience for both candidates and hiring managers.
This is a fast-paced, varied role where you’ll have the autonomy to manage your own business areas, build talent pipelines and influence how we attract and engage great people.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with hiring managers to understand current and future recruitment needs and deliver effective hiring solutions.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from role briefing and sourcing through to interview, offer and onboarding.
- Proactively source and headhunt candidates using a range of channels, reducing reliance on recruitment agencies.
- Build and maintain talent pipelines for key and hard-to-fill roles across the business.
- Act as a trusted Talent advisor, providing guidance on recruitment strategy, candidate attraction, market conditions and salary expectations.
- Manage and prioritise vacancies across your stakeholder areas, balancing urgent operational requirements with longer-term talent needs.
- Deliver a high-quality candidate experience through clear, consistent and engaging communication.
- Use recruitment data and market insight to identify trends, challenges and opportunities to improve hiring outcomes.
- Support the development of our Talent Strategy, Employer Brand and Employee Value Proposition.
- Work closely with the wider HR team to ensure a smooth transition from candidate to new starter.
- Contribute to continuous improvement across our recruitment processes, systems and ways of working.
Experience and Qualifications
- Previous experience within an internal Talent Acquisition or agency recruitment environment.
- Demonstrable experience managing the full recruitment lifecycle.
- Strong direct sourcing and headhunting capability.
- Confident building relationships with and influencing stakeholders at different levels.
- Able to manage multiple vacancies and competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Commercially aware, with the ability to advise hiring managers rather than simply process vacancies.
- Strong communication, organisation and candidate management skills.
- A proactive, quality-focused approach with a genuine commitment to delivering an excellent recruitment experience.
