Responsibilities
QMS Management: Contribute to the rollout, sustainment, and continual advancement of Quality Management Systems (QMS), including FMEA, MSA, and connected quality processes.
- Cross-functional Facilitation: Manage and guide quality-related discussions, workshops, and improvement activities involving cross-functional teams.
- Presentation & Communication: Prepare and deliver presentations, training materials, project updates, and risk assessment results to collaborators.
- Data Analysis & Reporting: Analyze quality and manufacturing data, develop dashboards and reports, and provide insights to support business decisions.
- Project Deployment: Assist in the rollout of site quality initiatives, standards, and continuous improvement programs.
- Audit Support: Support internal, external, and customer audits, including preparation, coordination, and follow-up of audit actions.
- Digital Quality Transformation: Participate in AI-FMEA, automation, and digital quality initiatives to improve risk assessment and problem-solving efficiency.
- Knowledge Sharing: Support quality learning programs, guideline sharing, and continuous improvement activities across the organization.
Qualifications and Requirements
- A master's degree or equivalent experience in Engineering, Data Science, Statistics, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse groups across departments.
- Strong presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts in a clear and organized way.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a data-driven approach.
- Experience with data analysis and visualization tools such as Excel, Power BI, JMP, Python, or similar platforms.
- Ability to coordinate information and transform data into meaningful insights and presentations.
- Strong project coordination and collaborator management skills.
- Interest in quality systems, risk management, FMEA, and approaches for continuous advancement.
- Curiosity and willingness to learn new technologies, including AI-enabled quality and risk management applications.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience presenting technical projects, research, or academic work.
- Experience in data visualization, dashboard development, or statistical analysis.
- Familiarity with AI, automation, machine learning, or digital transformation projects.
- Leadership experience through student organizations, competitions, internships, or project teams.
AI Relevant Job Responsibilities
- Integrates AI-assisted tools and insights into daily work to improve efficiency, quality, or effectiveness, exercising good judgment and aligning with organizational standards and legal requirements.
- Contributes to a culture of continuous improvement by identifying, testing, and sharing AI-enabled improvements within one’s scope of work.
- Ability to apply baseline digital proficiency and AI literacy relevant to the role. Use AI-enabled tools responsibly and effectively for research, analysis, content creation, problem-solving, operational tasks, and achieving business goals.
