Procurement, Logistics and Administration Lead

The Opportunity
What You’ll Do
Procurement & Vendor Management
• Ensure compliance with company procurement policies, financial controls, and approval requirements.
• Manage supplier sourcing, accreditation, onboarding, performance evaluation, and vendor relationships.
• Maintain procurement records, dashboards, issue logs, and reporting metrics.
• Monitor procurement SLAs, drive process improvements, and support audit requirements.
• Partner with stakeholders to deliver cost-effective and timely procurement solutions.
Contract & Financial Administration
• Maintain a centralized contract database and renewal tracker.
• Coordinate invoice validation, payment processing, and Finance requirements.
• Monitor procurement spend, payment status, and supplier documentation.
• Ensure timely completion of contractual, legal, and financial obligations.
Travel, Logistics & Transportation Services
• Manage visitor logistics, airport transfers, accommodation arrangements, access requests, and meeting support.
• Oversee company shuttle operations and transportation vendors.
• Manage transportation schedules, utilization, vendor performance, service quality, and employee concerns.
• Support executive visits, business events, workshops, offsite meetings, and special logistics requirements.
• Ensure transportation providers comply with company safety, security, and service standards.
Facilities, Administration & Workplace Services
• Coordinate with building management, facilities vendors, and service providers to maintain a safe and productive work environment.
• Manage CADSYS requests, gate passes, visitor access, and related administrative requirements.
• Support company activities, town halls, leadership meetings, employee events, and workplace initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with applicable facility, safety, and security requirements.
Concessionaire & Employee Services Management
• Oversee vendor accreditation, contract administration, renewals, and performance reviews.
• Monitor food safety, sanitation, service quality, and compliance with company standards.
• Coordinate catering and food service requirements for meetings, training sessions, town halls, and corporate events.
• Address employee feedback and implement service improvements with concessionaire partners.
Reporting, Governance & Continuous Improvement
• Monitor KPIs, SLA compliance, vendor performance, contract renewals, and operational effectiveness.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual management reports.
• Support Power BI reporting, data governance, and business analytics initiatives.
• Identify opportunities for process automation, cost savings, and service enhancements.
Requirements
• Minimum five (5) years of experience in Procurement, Administration, Logistics, Facilities Management, Supply Chain, or Corporate Services.
• Experience in vendor management, procurement operations, contract administration, and financial coordination.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Power BI, and Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong project management, analytical, and stakeholder management capabilities.
• Experience supporting multinational or regional organizations.
• Knowledge of procurement governance, supplier management, and contract lifecycle management.
• Experience in handling travel, facilities, transportation, and workplace services.
• Familiarity with ERP, procurement, finance, and contract management systems.
• Certification in Procurement, Supply Chain, or Project Management is an advantage.
