Saltmarsh’s Investment & Wealth Advisory practice is growing, and we are looking for a Client Service Coordinator to support our advisors and the individuals and families they serve. This is a client-facing role from day one. You will be a familiar voice to our clients, the person who makes sure requests are handled accurately and on time, and a key part of how the team runs.

What You’ll Do
Client Support
- Serving as a first point of contact for clients by phone and email, handling requests professionally and following through to resolution.
- Scheduling client meetings, coordinating calendars, and preparing advisors for upcoming appointments.
- Following up with clients on outstanding items and keeping them informed on the status of their requests.
Account & Operations Support
- Processing money-movement requests, including transfers, distributions, and contributions.
- Supporting new account opening, account maintenance, and beneficiary and retitling requests.
- Preparing client reports and meeting materials, including performance reports and review packets.
- Maintaining accurate client records and data within the firm’s CRM and portfolio management systems.
Team & Administrative Support
- Partnering with advisors, portfolio management, and compliance colleagues to keep client requests moving.
- Assisting with documentation, filing, and recordkeeping in line with firm and regulatory requirements.
- Supporting client events, mailings, and other team initiatives as needed.
The Ideal Candidate
Required
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal, with a professional and welcoming phone presence.
- Excellent organization and task management, with the ability to track multiple requests at once and follow through without being reminded.
- Strong attention to detail and comfort working with numbers and client data.
- Discretion and sound judgment when handling confidential client information.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and the ability to learn new systems quickly.
- Willingness to work from the Pensacola office on a full-time basis.
Preferred
- Bachelor’s degree in any field — we have team members with backgrounds from finance to the arts and everything in between. No specific major is required.
- Prior experience in a client service, front office, or administrative support role.
- Exposure to financial services, wealth management, or professional services.
- Familiarity with CRM systems.

Location
This role is based in Saltmarsh’s Pensacola office and is full-time in office. Saltmarsh maintains offices in Pensacola, Tampa, and Orlando.
