# Key Responsibilities

### 1\. NPI Demand Fulfillment & Execution

  • Manage end-to-end execution of NPI demand lines from build request through shipment.
  • Monitor MAD commitments and proactively identify delivery risks.
  • Drive recovery plans and mitigation actions for schedule deviations.
  • Partner with site NPM and operations teams to improve delivery predictability.
  • Support demand line closure and disposition governance processes.

### 2\. Build Plan & Production Order Management

  • Coordinate build plan commitments with manufacturing sites.
  • Monitor production order start and completion performance.
  • Drive execution to meet production order due dates and customer commitments.
  • Resolve execution bottlenecks impacting critical NPI deliveries.

### 3\. WIP & Hot Lot Management

  • Monitor critical NPI WIP movement across assembly, test, module and SSD operations.
  • Manage hot lot prioritization and escalation processes.
  • Track end-to-end cycle time performance and ensure timely lot progression.
  • Collaborate with operations teams to remove bottlenecks and expedite critical material.

### 4\. NPI Cycle Time Governance

  • Analyze model cycle time versus actual cycle time performance.
  • Identify cycle time gaps and drive corrective actions with sites and engineering teams.
  • Support cycle time benchmarking, reporting, and governance reviews.
  • Maintain cycle time assumptions used for NPI planning and forecasting.

### 5\. NPI-to-HVM Transition Management

  • Track product readiness and transition milestones.
  • Monitor PG4 or equivalent launch performance metrics.
  • Coordinate transition activities between development and manufacturing organizations.
  • Ensure smooth handoff from NPI to sustaining production teams.

### 6\. Risk Management & Business Reviews

  • Lead backlog and MAD risk reviews.
  • Develop mitigation plans with cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Escalate critical risks affecting schedule, capacity, materials, or customer commitments.
  • Provide regular performance updates to management and business partners.

### 7\. Automation & Continuous Improvement

  • Drive automation opportunities for planning and execution processes.
  • Develop reporting and analytics to improve operational visibility.
  • Support implementation of AI, RPA, and digital transformation initiatives.
  • Standardize processes across sites to improve efficiency and scalability.

# Required Qualifications

### Education

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field.

### Experience

  • Experience in semiconductor manufacturing, supply chain, planning, operations, product engineering, or NPI management.
  • Experience working in cross-functional manufacturing environments.
  • Knowledge of semiconductor assembly, test, module, or SSD operations is preferred.

### Technical Skills

  • Data analysis and reporting skills.
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel and Power BI/Tableau capabilities.
  • Strong understanding of manufacturing execution and planning systems.
  • Experience with SAP, planning tools, or enterprise analytics platforms is advantageous.
  • Python, SQL, Power Automate, or AI/automation skills are preferred.
