Job Description Summary
We are seeking a Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) to join our Home Health Team in Lee County. In this role, there is a real impact in the comfort of patients’ homes. As part of our compassionate, high‑performing care team, you will evaluate patients, develop individualized treatment plans, and provide therapeutic interventions to improve mobility, strength, balance, and functional independence. How will you make an impact & Requirements
What You'll Do
- Patient Care: Provide skilled therapy services under the supervision of a Physical Therapist.
- Therapeutic Interventions: Implement treatment plans, including therapeutic exercises, gait training, and assistive device training.
- Patient Education: Educate patients and families on techniques to improve functional skills and independence.
- Collaboration: Work collaboratively with Physical Therapists, occupational therapists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient progress, treatment plans, and interventions.
- Infection Control: Adhere to strict infection control guidelines to protect both patients and healthcare workers.
What We're Looking For
- Licensure: Current and valid Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) license in the state of Florida.
- Experience: Minimum of 6 months in a hospital, skilled nursing facility, or rehab required.
- Skills: Excellent communication, interpersonal, and critical thinking skills.
- Professionalism: Strong work ethic, reliability, and a commitment to providing quality care.
- Transportation: Reliable transportation to visit patients in their homes.

The anticipated base salary range represents the Company's good-faith estimate of the compensation it reasonably expects to pay for this position at the time of posting. Actual compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, skills, qualifications, geographic location, internal equity, and business needs.
