Main Responsibilities

1. Operate, monitor, and record daily operational data for all mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems (HVAC, power, pumps, elevators).
2. Execute routine preventive maintenance on all MEP equipment and maintain standard safety and cleanliness in technical rooms.
3. Respond promptly to user technical inquiries, resolve engineering issues, and assist with equipment setup or adjustments.
4. Supervise building fit-out works and report equipment defects or repairs needed to the Leader/Chief Engineer.
5. Prepare daily and monthly activity reports while properly maintaining and inventorying all engineering tools.

General Responsibilities
1. Ensure the implementation of an Integrated Management System, including the identification, documentation, and control of risks in the relevant department's work area.
2. Foster and ensure the commitment of every team member to understand and adhere to all applicable Integrated Management System requirements.
3. Be willing to participate in the investigation process of accidents, incidents, or actions that may lead to incidents caused by unsafe actions or unsafe conditions, including providing accurate information and reports based on known facts.
4. Be willing to engage in the information security control process applied to protect the information assets and information processing assets owned and/or managed by the Company from threats to confidentiality, integrity, and availability.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 1–2 years of experience as a Building Maintenance / MEP Technician in commercial properties or high-rise buildings.
  • Minimum Vocational High School (SMK), Diploma, or Bachelor's Degree in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering or related fields.
  • Strong knowledge of HVAC, electrical panels, plumbing, elevators, and basic workplace safety (HSE) standards.
