Description
NON-CDL BOX TRUCK DRIVER:
Latorre Trucking and Logistics LLC is seeking a dependable Non-CDL Box Truck Driver to operate a 26-ft straight truck. We provide local, regional, and over-the-road freight services from the Raleigh, NC area.
Responsibilities:
- Safely operate a 26-ft box truck.
- Complete pickups and deliveries on schedule.
- Use a liftgate, pallet jack, straps, and load bars.
- Assist with loading and unloading when required.
- Inspect the truck before and after each trip.
- Maintain accurate logs, BOLs, delivery photos, and paperwork.
- Communicate professionally with dispatchers, brokers, and customers.
Requirements:
- Valid driver’s license.
- Valid DOT medical card.
- Clean and acceptable driving record.
- Box-truck or commercial driving experience preferred.
- Able to pass a background check and drug screening.
- Able to lift and move freight when driver assist is required.
- Comfortable with local, regional, overnight, and occasional OTR routes.
- Dependable, punctual, professional, and safety-focused.
