Join our Semiconductor I/O Development team and drive complex projects from concept to delivery. Your role Key responsibilities in your new role Lead project management for I/O component development projects with medium to high complexity. Manage cross-functional and geographically distributed project teams to ensure successful project execution. Take end-to-end ownership of project delivery, ensuring timely completion within budget, scope, and quality targets. Align project requirements, including functionality, quality, schedule, and budget, with internal and external stakeholders. Drive project planning activities, including resource allocation, schedule management, and technical deliverable tracking. Monitor and control project progress, costs, risks, and timelines to ensure execution against commitments. Prepare and present regular project status updates, reports, and key metrics to stakeholders and management. Lead escalation management and proactively resolve project challenges and risks. Manage customer and stakeholder communication, ensuring alignment and transparency throughout the project lifecycle. Foster strong collaboration and effective interaction among all involved teams, functions, and external partners. Continuously identify opportunities to improve project execution, processes, and team effectiveness. Your profile Qualifications and skills to help you succeed Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electronics Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field. 12+ years of overall industry experience, with at least 5+ years of project management experience in the semiconductor industry. Strong technical background in I/O development or related semiconductor design domains. Proven ability to manage complex projects, mitigate risks, and thrive in challenging environments. Demonstrated ambition to drive excellence, innovation, and continuous improvement. Strong execution skills with a focus on efficiency, quality, and timely delivery. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage senior stakeholders.
