Heartline Staffing is recruiting a Psychiatrist for a brand-new Crisis Receiving Center in Lynchburg, Virginia. This behavioral health leadership role provides psychiatric evaluations, medication management, and clinical oversight for adults experiencing behavioral health emergencies while helping launch and grow a new crisis program.

• Work Alongside Crisis Clinicians, Nursing Staff And Community Partners

COMPENSATION
• Base Salary Starting At $325,000+
• Sign-On Bonus Available
• Student Loan Repayment Up To $100,000

SCHEDULE
• Monday-Friday
• No Routine Weekends

ROLE
• Provide Psychiatric Evaluations
• Provide Medication Management
• Provide Clinical Oversight For Adults Experiencing Behavioral Health Emergencies
• Provide Direct Patient Care
• Work Alongside Crisis Clinicians And Nursing Staff
• Collaborate With Community Partners
• Help Launch And Develop The New Crisis Receiving Center
• Support The Growth Of The Crisis Behavioral Health Program
• Participate In Teaching Opportunities With Medical And PA Students

Requirements

Requirements
• Board Certified Psychiatrist (MD Or DO) REQUIRED
• Minimum 2 Years Of Psychiatric Experience REQUIRED
• Ability To Provide Psychiatric Care For Adults In Crisis Settings REQUIRED
• Ability To Provide Clinical Leadership And Work Within A Collaborative Care Team REQUIRED

Preferred
• Crisis Psychiatry Experience Preferred
• Dual Diagnosis Experience Preferred
