Job Description:
Responsible for developing, managing, and delivering reporting and business intelligence solutions that provide actionable insights across Employee Banking & Investments (EBI). Partners with business leaders, market leadership teams, and support functions to identify trends, measure performance, and support strategic decision-making through data analytics, automation, and reporting enhancements.
Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain EBI performance reporting, dashboards, and scorecards to support leadership decision-making.
Analyze business performance, client engagement, sales activity, and market trends to identify opportunities and risks.
Lead reporting automation initiatives that improve efficiency, data accuracy, and scalability across EBI.
Partner with technology, analytics, and business teams to design and implement reporting solutions aligned to strategic priorities.
Translate complex data into meaningful insights and executive-ready presentations for senior leadership.
Ensure data integrity, governance, and consistency across EBI reporting platforms and processes.
Support ad hoc analysis, strategic initiatives, organizational changes, and performance management activities.
Drive continuous improvement of reporting tools, methodologies, and business intelligence capabilities.
Managing components of large reporting platforms to deliver comprehensive reporting solutions and engaging with clients and senior leadership
Develop strategy for delivering and maintaining innovative automated business intelligence solutions to support data-driven business decisions
Manages the end-to-end delivery of complex technical projects, collaborating across partner teams to deliver on desired outcomes
Leads the design, development, & maintenance of automated data
Required Qualifications:
5+ years of experience in business reporting, analytics, business intelligence, or performance management.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to interpret complex data sets.
