Job Summary:
We are seeking an Emergency Department specific educator to join our team. This role is flexible with both clinical and administrative components to allow for educational content building and implementation, and staff training. The candidate hired for this role will report directly to the ED leadership team, working closely together to provide department specific education needs to our amazing staff. They will have the ability to collaborate across the education teams within the organization for growth and support of our teams.
About the Role
The Clinical Educator provides educational leadership that supports excellence in nursing practice and aligns with St. Mary’s mission, vision, and values. This role is essential in advancing clinical competency, supporting certification, and integrating evidence-based practice throughout the emergency department clinical team.
Education And Required Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited School of Nursing required.
- Master’s degree or matriculation in a Nursing Education program or related field preferred
- Current appropriate RN Maine state licensure
- Minimum of 2 years direct emergency department experience
- Self-Motivated with a passion for clinical education

Comp Range:
$76,665.23 - $105,579.98Rate of pay displayed reflects the beginning of the pay scale. At the time of an offer, determination of your offer will reflect your skills and experience as it relates to the position.
