The Brand Program Specialist is a key cross‐functional contributor for the Interiors Group Business Unit (IG): a premier provider of decorative textiles used in finished spaces within large Hospitality, Healthcare and Education markets, as well as independent facilities.


In this role, the Brand Program Specialist will manage and support brand programs and partner distributors through end‐to‐end project oversight. The ideal candidate is analytical, highly organized, excels at prioritizing competing demands, and sets clear expectations across diverse internal and external stakeholders. A self‐starter with outstanding communication skills, the ideal candidate thrives in a dynamic, collaborative environment, supporting driving programs forward while ensuring alignment with business objectives and customer needs. 


Responsibilities:

  • Support Program Managers throughout the Request for Pricing (RFP) process by organizing customer Furniture Fixtures and Equipment (FF&E) documentation, compiling vendor quotes, analyzing cost data, and preparing bid review materials
  • Manage ordering, tracking, and organization of fabric samples for bids, RFPs, and client presentations
  • Assist in the creation and maintenance of specification packets for bids and active programs, including organizing imagery for renderings and technical drawings, formatting layouts, and compiling product information.
  • Assist with annual price increases for brand program
  • Source, verify, and maintain accurate fabric and product information across internal documentations
  • Track and maintain brand price lists to ensure accuracy and consistency
  • Prepare and organize data number setup following RFP awards
  • Maintain internal fabric and sample libraries, ensuring organization and accessibility
  • Route pricing and technical inquiries to appropriate internal teams
  • Assist with tracking RFP timelines, workloads, and shifting priorities

Qualifications:


Required

  • Bachelor’s Degree Preferred and/or 1 – 3 + years, merchandising, product development, sourcing, business administration, economics, equivalent fields
  • Proficient – Advanced in Microsoft Excel
  • Must have excellent communication skills and the ability to adapt to change in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and enthusiastic about new ideas
  • Experience in AI‑assisted productivity tools (Microsoft Copilot, Claude)

Preferred

  • Proficient in Photoshop and or Illustrator
  • Working knowledge of textiles, including fabric types, performance characteristics
