PLM Configuration Analsyis Manager

Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage highly effective PLM team, provide tactical and strategic guidance, mentor career path growth and training
• Serves as PLM Configuration Subject Matter Expert (SME) to support the growth of emulation and prototyping products
• Oversee part component creation validating life cycle, review datasheets, compliance to Conflict Free, RoHS, ISO 9001 and other regulatory requirements utilizing SiliconExpert and compatible alternate analysis tools prior to use
• Manage multi product PLM BOM configurations from various life cycle stage maturity
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a healthy supply strategy of parts are available prior to introduction and sustain through end-of-life/service
• Chairs the periodic Change Control Boards (CCB) and ensures all pending PLM changes are actively reviewed and prioritized with the cross-functional owners
• Oversee the daily integration activities between PLM tools (Arena, SAP, ServiceMax, SupplierSoft, SDA/EDM, SiliconExpert) and Contract Manufacturers
• Manage the Environmental Governance data collection such as Conflict Free for the annual survey and reporting of all impacted suppliers
• Manage and maintain departmental procedures and instruction guides as a part of the continuous process improvement
• Collaborate to maintain the ISO 9001:2015 and other regulatory, environmental requirements
• Liaises for HSV Customer surveys and inquiries via Corporate Supply Management
• Periodically analyze existing PLM tools and implement/promote PLM initiatives for continued process improvements for scalability, upgradability and flexibility
• Drive and support departmental Objective Key Results (OKR). Align key roles and performance indicators with the OKR and provide periodic reporting.
• Responsible for the department AOP and budget analysis to align with departmental objectives

Requirements:

• Minimum 12+ years of experience in Configuration Management (or similar role) and direct experience in managing PLM teams
• Administration training in PLM systems such as ARENA (preferred) or SAP, Agile, Oracle Fusion, IFS
• Experience in using SiliconExpert, ServiceMax, Jira, SupplierSoft, ServiceMax, Orcad
• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite of Programs, Adobe Pro, MS Project, Visio (or similar)
• Training of ISO 9001:2015
• Strong attention to detail, organizational skills and verbal/written communication skills

The annual salary range for California is $112,000 to $208,000. You may also be eligible to receive incentive compensation: bonus, equity, and benefits. Sales positions generally offer a competitive On Target Earnings (OTE) incentive compensation structure. Please note that the salary range is a guideline and compensation may vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, competencies and work location.
