Brown & Brown is seeking a Senior Marketing Analyst to join our growing team in Maitland, FL!   

The Senior Marketing Analyst role is responsible for overseeing the marketing of new business and renewals, maintaining data and insurance compliance requirements, and preparing proposals, reports, and other documents as needed.  This role exercises discretion in leading all aspects of the marketing process and day-to-day marketing of Property Casualty insurance accounts with efforts focused on the production of new and renewal business on complex mid-large size accounts. 

How You Will Contribute:   

• Support P&C and Production staff in obtaining market information and research. 

• Exercise discretion in preparing high-quality competitive market pick selections in accordance with established procedures to assist P&C producers. 

• Gather and analyze items including but not limited to; quotations and declinations from various insurance companies to develop marketing strategies, negotiate pricing in an effort to increase business production and increase value to the client, offering recommendations to broaden coverage.  

• Rate new and renewal policies on complex mid-large size accounts; complete applications along with other required documentation. 

• Market new and renewal accounts according to established procedures. 

• Prepare high-quality and accurate proposals for discussion and presentation. 

• Maintain internal database information, prepare related reports as requested, and maintain compliance requirements. 

• Develop and maintain close working relationships with insurance company underwriters and wholesale brokers, as well as producers and account managers within the office. 

Licenses & Certifications:   

• 2-20 Property and Casualty License (or obtain within 6 months of hire). 

Skills & Experience to be Successful:  

• High school degree or equivalent. 

• Exceptional organizational skills and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment. 

• Strong written and verbal communication skills. 

• Highly motivated, determined, and results-oriented individual with the drive to succeed. 

• Ability to collaborate and build strong relationships. 

• Proficient in Microsoft Suite applications. 

Preferred: 

• Two-year college degree or 7-12+ years of relative experience. 

• Professional designation – CIC, CPCU, AAI or ARM. 

• Working knowledge of AMS360 and ImageRight.
