About the Opportunity

Atomic Dermatology is seeking an Aesthetic & Wellness RN or Nurse Practitioner (NP) to join our growing practice in Pasco, WA.

Our med spa is supported by an established dermatology practice, creating a connected approach to skin health, aesthetics, and wellness. This position offers an exciting opportunity to build lasting relationships with patients, including those referred through the dermatology practice, while helping develop and grow a high-quality aesthetic and wellness program.

We’re looking for a licensed clinician who combines strong clinical judgment with a warm, consultative approach. The ideal candidate enjoys educating patients, developing personalized treatment plans, and delivering thoughtful, results-focused care.

What You’ll Do

• Conduct comprehensive consultations and develop individualized aesthetic and wellness treatment plans.
• Provide treatments within your training, scope of practice, and the practice’s clinical protocols.
• Perform aesthetic services, which may include injectables, skin rejuvenation, laser or energy-based treatments, and other services based on training and experience.
• Evaluate and support patients receiving wellness services, which may include medically supervised weight management, hormone health, and longevity-focused care.
• Collaborate with dermatology providers and the med spa team to provide coordinated, appropriate patient care.
• Educate patients about treatment options, expected outcomes, aftercare, and long-term maintenance.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and follow all practice, safety, and regulatory protocols.
• Respond appropriately to patient questions and concerns.
• Build strong, long-term patient relationships through follow-up and personalized treatment planning.
• Participate in ongoing training and contribute ideas to the continued growth of the aesthetic and wellness program.

What We’re Looking For

• Active RN or Nurse Practitioner (NP) license in Washington State, with applicable certifications.
• Experience in medical aesthetics, dermatology, or wellness is preferred.
• Experience with GLP-1 weight management, hormone replacement therapy (HRT), or longevity-focused care is a plus.
• Strong consultation and communication skills with a patient-first approach.
• Comfortable working independently while collaborating with physicians and the broader clinical team.
• Strong clinical judgment, professionalism, and attention to detail.
• Commitment to clinical excellence, continuous learning, and providing a welcoming patient experience.

We welcome candidates with established aesthetic experience, as well as clinicians with a strong dermatology or wellness background who are motivated to develop their aesthetic skills.
