Group After Sales Manager (Mechanisation)

Job Purpose:

Our client is seeking a candidate to take effective overall control and management of their agricultural mechanisation parts and workshop, delivering a sustainable, profitable service to all clients.

Responsibilities:

Financial management
Personnel management
Control and management of administration
Market share growth
Management and maintenance of assets
Inventory management

Qualifications & Experience:

Grade 12
5-10 years' experience in a mechanisation (tractors, harvesters and sprayers), parts and workshop environment
Experience in parts and/or workshop marketing and management is required
Qualified agricultural technician with a focus on precision farming technology
Valid driver's license and willing to travel
