Enterprise Account Services Commercial Leader
Reports To: Executive Account Director, NAM Enterprise Accounts
Key Responsibilities
- Own and manage the repower and aftermarket pipeline, ensuring accurate forecasting and pipeline health
- Identify and build business cases for growth opportunities, including universal fleet solutions in the installed base and evolving customer and market requirements
- Partner closely with Repower, STRP, O&M, Parts, and Service teams to develop an integrated commercial aftermarket sales approach
- Collaborate with Service/MCU execution management to improve sales outcomes and drive continuous improvement initiatives
- Advance long term agreements through a non-zero-sum negotiation approach to create mutually beneficial outcomes
- Operationalize start of physical work material into a scalable, repeatable, repower and services engine
- Serve as a key commercial liaison between internal cross-functional teams and enterprise account stakeholders
- Lead complex commercial negotiations, balancing customer needs with business objectives to reach favorable, sustainable agreements
- Drive orders through the full sales cycle to closure and completion, maintaining accountability for pipeline conversion and revenue outcomes
- Other priorities determined by management
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 10+ years of experience in commercial/sales leadership within wind energy, aftermarket services, or power generation
Desired Characteristics
- Proven experience building business cases and managing complex, multi-stakeholder pipelines
- Strong customer-focused negotiation skills, with a demonstrated ability to close complex, high-value agreements
- Proven track record of driving orders from opportunity identification through to closed/won status
- Strong cross-functional collaboration skills, particularly with technical and operational teams
- Experience negotiating long-term services agreements
- Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-management skills
- MBA or advanced degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics
- Experience specifically within wind energy repower or renewable energy aftermarket services
- Experience negotiating enterprise-level agreements
- Familiarity with GEV enterprise accounts, customer structures, and service opportunities
- Track record of scaling commercial processes from pilot to business or enterprise-wide execution

For candidates applying to a U.S. based position, the pay range for this position is between $151,400.00 and $252,200.00. The Company pays a geographic differential of 110%, 120% or 130% of salary in certain areas. The specific pay offered may be influenced by a variety of factors, including the candidate’s experience, education, and skill set.
Bonus eligibility: sales incentive.
