Job Description
1. Facility Maintenance and Management:
- Regularly inspect and maintain the company’s internal power systems, air conditioning systems, fire protection systems, and other facilities to ensure their proper operation.
- Handle facility malfunctions, perform emergency repairs, and document the repair process and results.
2. Equipment Installation and Commissioning:
- Assist with the installation and commissioning of new equipment to ensure compliance with company requirements and safety standards.
- Collaborate with suppliers to ensure the smooth progress of equipment installation.
3. Energy Management:
- Monitor the company’s internal energy usage and propose energy-saving improvement suggestions.
- Assist in implementing energy-saving measures and track their effectiveness.
4. Safety and Environmental Protection:
- Ensure facility operations comply with safety and environmental regulations, and participate in relevant training and drills.
- Assist in handling environmental protection matters, such as waste management and emission monitoring.
5. Documentation and Reporting:
- Prepare relevant documents and reports on facility maintenance and management to ensure data completeness and accuracy.
- Regularly report work progress and issues to supervisors.
