Production Supervisor

Purpose of Position

• The roles will be stationed in the Japan production site (Haneda Chronogate) and be responsible for managing and supervising the daily operations, maximizing production output & efficiency as well as taking lead in improvement projects.

Job Description

• Organise and supervise the Japan production site to achieve company’s business objectives
• Manage production functions from printing, packing, assembly, shipping to warehousing to ensure efficiency and productivity as well as the on-time delivery of production schedule
• Solve or report any operational issues in production sites and retail stores
• Monitor performance of the outsourced service providers                                                                  
• Implement operation SOPs and make suggestions when necessary
• Perform staff training and coaching
• As a first point of contact for logistics issue related to retail distribution/local delivery/stock return
• As a contact point between HK logistics team and JP service providers

Requirement

• Tertiary Education/Bachelor Degree in Business Management, Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, Logistics or other related discipline
• 3+ years of relevant working experience in production / operations management
• Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset
• A team player with strong communication skills
• Proficient in Japanese and English or Mandarin

 

【職務概要】 国内生産拠点のにおいて、会社のビジネス目標達成に向けたプロダクション部門（製造加工〜物流）の運営全般を担当していただきます。印刷、梱包、組み立て、出荷、倉庫管理に至る一連のプロセスにおいて、効率性と生産性の向上、ならびに納期の徹底を管理・推進する役割です。

【主な職務内容 / Key Responsibilities】

• 生産拠点および工程の統括管理
• 印刷、梱包、組み立て、出荷、倉庫管理（物流）の一連の製造工程をマネジメントし、生産効率・生産性の向上を図る
• 生産計画に基づき、納期（On-Time Delivery）を厳守するための進行管理および調整
• 課題解決および報告（エスカレーション）
• 生産現場および直営店・リテール店舗で発生するオペレーション上の課題解決、または迅速な上司への報告・対応
• 外部委託先（アウトソーシング）の管理
• 業務委託先や協力会社のパフォーマンスモニタリング、および品質・スケジュールの維持管理
• 標準作業手順書（SOP）の運用および改善
• オペレーションSOPの確実な運用・浸透と、必要に応じた改善提案・プロセス最適化
• 人材育成およびコーチング
• 現場スタッフへの教育・研修（OJT含む）、およびスキルの向上に向けたコーチング

【求める人物像】

• 製造・生産管理、またはオペレーション管理における実務経験（3年以上）
• 状況に応じた課題解決力と、円滑なコミュニケーション能力をお持ちの方
• 現場の課題を発見し、主体的に改善を推進できる方

• 日本語：ビジネスレベル以上（社内・社外・現場での円滑なコミュニケーションができるレベル）
• 英語 または 中国語：ビジネスレベル以上（グローバルチームとのコミュニケーションで使用）
