Full-Time | Monday - Friday | No Weekends or Holidays
Keystone Family Medicine - Catherine Street is seeking a full-time Medical Assistant (MA) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our growing team. As a fast-paced and expanding Family Medicine practice dedicated to meeting the diverse needs of our community, we are looking for a compassionate, detail-oriented professional who is committed to delivering high-quality patient care.
The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational and communication skills, clinical accuracy, and the ability to thrive in a team-oriented environment. Previous experience in a medical office setting required and knowledge of electronic medical records (EMR) is preferred.
Responsibilities
Provide clinical support to physicians and healthcare providers
Room patients, obtain vital signs, and document patient information
Complete telephone triage and patient follow-up calls as directed
Process medical record requests
Track referrals, laboratory results, and diagnoses
Obtain medication prior authorizations
Assist with care coordination and patient communication
Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the electronic medical record
Support daily office operations and other duties as assigned
Qualifications
Graduate of an accredited MA or LPN program required
LPNs must have active PA or eligible Compact Licensure
Certified Medical Assistant preferred; not required
Valid CPR Certification
