## About this Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Salesforce Developer to join our Telecom IT BSS/CRM team in Pune. This role is ideal for an individual with strong Salesforce development expertise who can contribute across the full software development lifecycle, from understanding user stories and creating technical designs to development, testing, defect resolution, and solution implementation. The successful candidate will support architectural decision-making, collaborate with global teams, and help deliver scalable Salesforce solutions aligned with platform best practices.

## What you’ll do

• Analyse user stories and contribute to requirement clarification and task breakdown.
• Develop, customise and support Salesforce solutions using best practice design principles.
• Create low-level technical designs and implement scalable Salesforce applications.
• Develop and maintain solutions using Lightning Web Components (LWC), Apex, Visualforce Pages, Aura Components, Triggers, Flows and Integrations.
• Participate in solution design discussions and contribute to architectural decisions.
• Ensure traceability between business requirements, specifications and implementation rules.
• Support defect investigation, bug fixing and defect triage activities.
• Conduct and participate in peer reviews to maintain code quality and consistency.
• Collaborate effectively with offshore and onshore teams.
• Provide regular status updates and proactively raise risks or issues.
• Contribute to knowledge sharing and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Implement technical designs in line with Salesforce best practices and governance standards.

## Who you are

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, preferably Computer Science or Information Technology.
• 7+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience.
• Salesforce Certified Administrator credential.
• Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I credential.
• Minimum of three Salesforce certifications.
• Salesforce Certified Application Architect certification is preferred.
• Strong experience with:
