Deadend Bakehouse is hiring a year-round or full time Cashier / Barista to join our team!
If you love the smell of fresh pastry, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and take pride in crafting the perfect cup of coffee, we want to meet you. This is a permanent, year-round position—not a seasonal gig.
☕ What You Will Do
- Greet customers with a warm welcome and guide them through our daily bake lineup.
- Operate the POS system, handle cash and card transactions accurately, and manage the pastry display.
- Dial in espresso and craft high-quality coffee and specialty beverages.
- Maintain cleanliness behind the counter, at the barista station, and in the customer seating area.
✨ What We Are Looking For
- Reliability: You show up on time and ready to bring good energy to the team.
- Experience: Previous barista or specialty coffee experience is highly preferred, but we will train the right person with a great attitude.
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends and early morning shifts year-round.
- Communication: You can handle a busy morning rush with a calm face and clear communication.
