Senior Graphic Designer

We are seeking a highly creative Senior Graphic Designer to lead the development of visually compelling brand communications across print, digital, environmental, and marketing channels. This role is ideal for a seasoned designer with exceptional conceptual thinking, strong typography and layout skills, and a passion for creating impactful visual experiences.

The Senior Designer will oversee projects from concept through production, ensuring all creative work aligns with brand standards and business objectives. This individual is a hands-on designer who thrives in a collaborative environment and can mentor junior creatives while delivering outstanding creative solutions. They will also assist with pre-production and art direction on photo and video shoots.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute creative concepts for integrated marketing campaigns, brand initiatives, and promotional materials.
• Design high-quality visual assets including advertising, brochures, catalogs, presentations, sales materials, packaging, signage, event graphics, email campaigns, social and digital content.
• Maintain brand consistency across all touchpoints.
• Create and refine visual identities, brand systems, and campaign assets.
• Collaborate with marketing, communications, copywriters, and stakeholders to translate business objectives into compelling creative solutions.
• Present creative concepts and design rationale to internal teams and leadership.
• Provide art direction on shoots.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining exceptional attention to detail.
• Stay current on design trends, print production techniques, typography, and emerging creative technologies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, Fine Arts, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• 4-7 years of professional graphic design experience, including experience in a senior creative role.
• Outstanding portfolio demonstrating expertise in branding, print design, marketing campaigns, typography, and visual storytelling.
• Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite. Figma and other digital platforms a plus.
• Strong understanding of print production processes
• Exceptional typography, layout, color theory, composition, and branding skills.
• Experience art directing photography, and creative production.
• Strong organizational, communication, and presentation skills.
