Lead Engineer Braking System

Responsibilities

• Analyze and process technical requirements related to the Braking Systems perimeter 
• Review and respond to specifications documented in the Book of Requirements (Cahier des Charges) and BMIR
• Use CATIA and RVT to access, analyze, and validate technical data and design information
• Monitor and update project information using SIGNE, One View, and RGQP tools
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (engineering, project management, quality, and suppliers) to ensure alignment with project requirements
• Support issue analysis and contribute to the resolution of technical queries related to braking system components
• Ensure compliance with engineering processes, standards, and quality requirements
• Participate in project reviews and report progress, risks, and key deliverables to stakeholders
• Maintain accurate technical documentation and ensure data consistency across engineering tools
• Contribute to continuous improvement activities within the braking systems engineering scope 

Qualifications

• Technical university degree (Automotive, Mechanics, Mechatronics, etc.) 
• Min 1 year experience in a similar position
• Basic understanding of the technical domain, with the ability to respond to requirements and specifications in the Book of Requirements (Cahier des Charges) and BMIR 
• Interest or experience in the Braking Systems perimeter 
• Knowledge of CATIA and RVT, including the ability to open and work with relevant filters
• Experience using SIGNE, One View, and RGQP applications/tools
• Proficient in MS Word / Excel / PowerPoint 
• Good command of English, both written and spoken
