Primary Responsibilities:
- Support the Security Manager in the delivering the security operation and management of uniform security personnel
- Corporate team assistance in developing security officer training strategies to counter supply chain risks and gaps affecting the Facility
- Support the Security Manager in related projects, new physical security installations and repairs, as assigned
- Assisting Security & Compliance management team in developing security procedures, security training requirements, security training material, and security training communications to develop best in class corporate training programs for the front-line Security Personnel
- Working in partnership with plant operational management teams in identifying security gaps; security breaches; and security investigations
Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in private security, military security, or law enforcement background
- Must be a US citizen or provide proof of identity and work authorization
- Investigative experience in criminal acts including identifying and conducting an internal comprehensive case management, as assigned
- Coaching and developing plant security team members in reaching their full workplace potential
- Strong written and verbal business communication skills
- Proficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Ability and willingness to travel, when needed
- Motivated and challenged to drive high performance
