At CHILL, our MR / HR Drivers are trusted to own their run and make every delivery count. We’re looking for drivers who take pride in doing the job right — safely, reliably and without cutting corners.

What you’ll be doing
You’ll be responsible for keeping our customers’ deliveries moving and maintaining the standard CHILL is known for.
That means:
- Running metro multi-drop and regional refrigerated deliveries
- Operating HR vehicles and tailgate loaders
- Completing pre-start inspections — every time
- Managing POD photos, temperature records and delivery documentation
- Using technology to manage your run, navigation and reporting
- Representing CHILL with customers every day
