You’ll be part of the Global Financial Services team and primarily focused on managing and optimising controllership processes across the organisation. You will identify a vision, and prioritise objectives that support our Haleon finance function on our journey to World Class.

Close and control (C&C) Finance team is a high professional, high performing Global team, responsible for managing and maintain financial reporting to support business decisions.

On a daily basis we are required to react rapidly to emerging issues that require swift resolution to keep the supply chain moving, whilst ensuring compliance with management, financial, legal & fiscal requirements.

Requirements/Qualifications
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree
MBA or Accounting qualification CIMA / ACCA / ACA or equivalent
10-15 years of experience in Fixed Assets & IFRS process
Experience in PEC process along with experience or understanding of Bison, SAP, Cadency.
Basic Requirements
Financial Controllership experience
Experience working in a large global organization
Ability to work in culturally diverse teams and reconcile cultural differences
Experience of managing enterprise level processes and / or systems
Demonstrated process improvement and project management skills
Excellent communication skills at all levels across the organization
Ability to communicate and work with both business and technical resources to ensure delivery of desired process outcomes
Ability to influence and challenge stakeholders at various levels
Experience working in cross-functional teams and across a matrix environment
Sound understanding of process simplification and standardisation and proven experience in process roll-out
Good knowledge of process design, lean sigma and other process improvement approaches
End to end mindset and approach to process improvement
Disciplined, robust organization skills, ability to plan & manage workload
Change management experience
Demonstrable experience to analyze, design and execute standard business processes and identification of efficiencies/improvements.
Preferred Requirements:
MBA or Accounting qualification CIMA / ACCA / ACA or equivalent
Experience of working with outsourced BPO providers and technology/system providers
Ability to understand data privacy aspects of the business process
Knowledge of role design / segregation of duties and internal control requirements
Subject matter expertise of the SAP template and integration points with other process areas
FMCG industry experience.
