Position: Senior DevOps Engineer
Location: Remote (Portugal)
Job Summary:
We're looking for a Senior DevOps Engineer to join our team and help build, automate, and evolve modern cloud platforms for international projects. You'll work closely with software engineers, architects, and platform teams to deliver reliable, secure, and scalable infrastructure while driving DevOps best practices across the software delivery lifecycle.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys solving complex technical challenges, improving developer experience through automation, and mentoring others while staying hands-on with modern cloud-native technologies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, implement, and maintain robust CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions;
- Manage and optimize containerized applications running on OpenShift (Kubernetes);
- Build and maintain Azure cloud infrastructure using Infrastructure as Code;
- Manage artifact repositories and software packages through JFrog Artifactory;
- Automate infrastructure provisioning, deployments, and operational processes;
- Monitor platform performance, availability, and security, ensuring high reliability;
- Collaborate with development teams to improve deployment strategies and developer experience;
- Troubleshoot complex infrastructure and deployment issues across multiple environments;
- Promote DevOps culture, best practices, and continuous improvement across engineering teams.
Requirements:
- Based in Portugal and legally authorized to work in Portugal;
- Proven experience as a DevOps Engineer or in a similar role;
- Strong hands-on experience with GitHub Actions;
- Solid experience with OpenShift (Kubernetes);
- Experience with JFrog Artifactory;
- Experience working with Microsoft Azure;
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
- Good communication and collaboration skills.
