Full-Time or Part-Time | $90,000-$110,000/year
HealthPRO Pediatrics is growing our Newport News ABA team and is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) who is passionate about providing compassionate, evidence-based care in a collaborative environment.
Our clinic embraces a play-based, assent-based, child-led approach to ABA. We believe meaningful progress happens through trusting relationships, motivation, and individualized treatment—not one-size-fits-all programming. Our clinicians utilize Natural Environment Teaching (NET) strategies based on clinical judgment and what best meets each child's unique needs.

What We Offer:
- $90,000-$110,000/year (base salary + monthly performance bonuses)

Responsibilities
- Conduct functional behavior assessments (e.g., VB-MAPP, Vineland) and develop individualized, evidence-based treatment plans
- Oversee RBT implementation and provide ongoing clinical supervision and feedback
- Complete 62.5% billable hours of all hours worked each week
- Deliver parent/caregiver training to support generalization of skills
- Collaborate with other disciplines, school teams, and families to ensure coordinated care
- Maintain accurate documentation and progress monitoring for insurance and treatment plan reviews
Qualifications
- Active BCBA certification and Virginia licensure (or eligibility)
- Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or related field
- At least one year of experience working with children on the autism spectrum preferred
