Job Summary:
The HR Personnel & Government Relations Specialist is responsible for managing employee personnel administration and handling all government-related processes to ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies. The role includes maintaining employee records, processing HR documentation, coordinating with government authorities, and supporting HR operations to ensure efficient and compliant personnel management.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee personnel files and HR records.
- Prepare and process employment contracts, appointment letters, confirmations, and other HR documentation.
- Manage employee onboarding, probation, transfers, promotions, resignations, and termination procedures.
- Process leave requests, attendance records, and other personnel transactions.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, social insurance, tax regulations, and company policies.
- Coordinate with government authorities to process employment-related documents, including work permits, labor office requirements, social insurance, and other statutory registrations.
- Prepare and submit required government reports and documentation within established deadlines.
- Monitor the renewal of licenses, permits, and official company documents related to HR compliance.
- Handle employee inquiries related to personnel and government procedures.
- Support payroll by providing accurate employee data and required documentation.
- Assist with HR audits and ensure all personnel records are complete and compliant.
- Generate periodic HR and personnel reports for management.
- Maintain confidentiality of employee information and company records.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Law, or a related field.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in HR Personnel and Government Relations.
- Strong knowledge of local labor laws, social insurance regulations, and government procedures.
- Proven experience dealing with government authorities and official documentation.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications; experience with HRIS is an advantage.
