 Job Summary: 

The Benefits Marketing Manager – US is responsible for generating new logo demand for our commuter benefits offerings. As an individual contributor, you will leverage your expertise in targeted email and paid advertising marketing, as well as virtual and in-person events, out of home (OOH) advertising, and account-based marketing (ABM) campaigns to drive new logo sales. Your ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, analyze performance, and optimize programs will be essential for success in this role. 

 

Essential Functions: Duties and Responsibilities 

  • Demand Generation & Pipeline Acceleration: Work closely with the Director of Growth Marketing to develop and execute multi-channel field marketing programs, including events, digital campaigns, and email that drive lead generation and progression of pipeline. 

  • Events: Plan and execute field marketing events (owned and sponsored), including webinars, industry conferences, and any additional activations in partnership with the Marketing Events Contractor. Measure event effectiveness and optimize future events based on quantitative data and qualitative inputs. 

  • Budget and Invoice Management: Maintain and ensure accuracy in US Marketing budget by managing invoice and PO process, updating actuals, and working closely with wider team to keep dollar amounts up to date and correct. 

  • Performance Analysis and Optimization: Track and analyze field activity performance to measure ROI and identify trends. Use data insights to optimize marketing strategies and tactics, making data-driven recommendations for improvements. Prepare regular reports on field marketing activities and results, highlighting key performance indicators and achievements. 

  • Collaboration and Communication: Collaborate closely with sales teams to identify the most impactful activities for new logo acquisition and support sales opportunity progression. Work effectively with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product, and sales. Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels, providing clear and concise updates on marketing activities and results. 

 

Required Skills/Abilities:  

  • Demonstrated ability to plan, launch, and optimize multi-channel marketing campaigns (events, digital, email, OOH, and ABM) targeting B2B audiences. 

  • Exceptional project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and strategic initiatives simultaneously. 

  • Creative mindset with a keen eye for detail and a passion for delivering exceptional account experiences. 

  • Strong analytical skills to track, measure, and report on campaign performance, ROI, and pipeline impact; able to derive and communicate actionable insights. 

  • Ability to manage marketing budgets, vendor relationships, and invoice processes. 

 

Education and Experience: 

Required:  

  • A minimum of 4 years of experience in field or growth marketing roles with a focus on B2B technology or software. 

  • Prior experience with Salesforce and Hubspot Marketing. 

Preferred:  

  • Previous experience with transportation or commuter benefits. 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or other related field of study. Equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered. 

 

Physical Requirements: 

  • Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer. 

  • Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times. 

  • Must possess the physical and mental abilities to perform the tasks normally associated with an office position that involves standing, sitting, reaching, manual dexterity to operate office machines, stooping, bending to handle files and supplies, and mobility to complete errands or deliveries. 

  • May work at computer monitors for prolonged periods with danger of eye strain and muscle pain.
