How You Will Make Contributions That Matter (Brief summary of responsibilities)
•    Responsible for the quality and appearance of the product. 
•    Run Babcock testing. 
•    Cheese grinding and calcium testing. 
•    Use of FT 120. 
•    Kjeldahl testing. 
•    Autoclave, distiller, titration, use chemical tanks and dispenser, antibiotic testing, phosphatase testing. 
•    Micro plating, ph testing, salt testing, cryoscope testing. 

You Are Best Suited For The Role If You have the following education, experience and skills:
•    Proficient in use of the computer.
•    Must have a solid organizational, analytical problem solving and communication skills.  
•    Maintain good sanitation and housekeeping of work areas. 
•    Compliance to Saputo Food Safety policies. 
•    Follow all safety rules, procedures, and standard operating procedures. 
•    Must be able to appropriately handle and use cleaning chemicals.
