Overview

• Creates a range of HTML banners, including adaptation, localization of HTML banners. Supports with advanced JavaScript and CSS files development
• Executes design tasks independently, ensuring high-quality and brand-consistent outcomes. Manages multiple tasks and deadlines with minimal supervision.
• Maintains accurate and up-to-date documentation (trackers, JIRA, timesheets)\
• Ensures visual consistency and WCAG (Web Content Accessibility Guidelines) compliance across deliverables.
• Learns and applies feedback received from team members
• Provides basic onboarding support to new designers on active projects
• Offers technical support and shares knowledge with junior colleagues
• Escalates blockers or risks proactively to the project lead
• Attends and contributes to internal project meetings

Qualifications

• Capability to independently assess briefs and emails for DoR (Definition of Ready) compliance
• Ability to apply WoW to familiar project types with moderate autonomy
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Animate, Premiere) and Figma
• Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript. - Flexbox, Grid, animations, CSS preprocessors, ES6+, DOM manipulation, framework basics (React, Vue), advanced media queries, mobile first design.
• Automation - creating automation scripts to speed up production processes
• Proficiency in GSAP - JavaScript animation library
• Knows terminology and applies basic principles of typography, color, and photo composition in layout and visual creation
• Understanding accessibility - semantic HTML, advanced ARIA.
• Strong understanding of brand guidelines and the ability to consistently apply brand book standards in daily work.
• Ability to independently use production tools, including time logging and reporting tools
• English proficiency at a minimum B2 level, with the ability to collaborate effectively verbally and in writing
• Good understanding of different platform types and content formats
• Ability to navigate the content production flow and align effectively with the CS team
