Territory Manager - Deep Brain Stimulation (DBS) - BeLux

For our Neuromodulation division, we are looking for a Territory Manager to support our Deep Brain Stimulation (DBS) business across Belgium and Luxembourg (Belux).

In this field-based role, you will be responsible for growing the DBS business by developing existing accounts, identifying new opportunities, and building strong relationships with healthcare professionals and hospital stakeholders. You will combine commercial responsibility with product and procedural support to help drive therapy adoption across your territory.

What You’ll Work On

• Achieve sales targets by growing the DBS business within existing accounts and developing new customer relationships across Belux.
• Develop and implement territory sales plans to increase market penetration and identify new business opportunities.
• Build strong relationships with healthcare professionals, hospital stakeholders, purchasing teams, and other key decision-makers.
• Develop a strong understanding of Abbott’s DBS therapies and products and provide support during procedures when required.
• Manage and develop assigned accounts through regular customer engagement and a strong understanding of customer needs and opportunities.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities and use these insights to support commercial activities within the territory.
• Manage customer requests and complaints effectively and support appropriate inventory and consignment management within accounts.
• Maintain accurate sales reporting, account information, travel planning, and other required commercial administration.
• Represent Abbott professionally and with integrity while ensuring all activities comply with company policies, quality standards, and healthcare professional guidelines.

What You’ll Bring

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant experience.
• 3 to 5 years of successful sales experience within the medical device industry.
• Strong customer focus and a results-oriented approach with the ability to take ownership of your territory.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to build effective relationships with healthcare professionals and other hospital stakeholders.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Experience working in a matrixed and geographically diverse business environment.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
• Fluency in Dutch and French.
