JOB PURPOSE
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Atuar na automação dos processos produtivos elevando o nível de eficiência da empresa mantendo os padrões de normas, requisitos de cliente e procedimentos internos
RESPONSABILIDADES
o Gerenciar os diagramas e projetos elétricos das máquinas utilizadas nas linhas de produção.
o Gerenciar os arquivos de algoritmos e programas utilizados nas linhas de produção.
o Atuar como agente de integração entre máquinas, sistemas intranet, base de dados e estrutura de rede.
o Desenvolver algoritmos de CLP para novos projetos e projetos de melhoria.
o Analisar e monitorar o consumo de energia elétrica da empresa e propor soluções para sua redução.
o Propor e implementar melhorias nas linhas de produção com foco na automação das atividades.
o Executar novos projetos de automação, agindo como integrador entre novos sistemas/máquinas com nossos sistemas/máquinas atuais.
o Auxiliar na execução dos projetos de capex do setor.
