Senior Officer, Agency Operations

Organise, perform and implement day-to-day operations of agency benefits team in relation to agent fringe benefits, agent performance monitoring & management and agent movements.

Job Descriptions:

• Administer agency movement such as promotion, demotion, title upgrade and unit transfer.
• Agent performance management including monitoring of agent production & activity and execution of contract & position maintenance exercise. 
• Implement and perform daily duties on agent fringe benefits including annual production validation and enrolment of group medical benefits, group life, dental & retirement benefits plan. 
• Administer agent retirement arrangement.  Handle agent’s contract extension request.
• Manage agent name card ordering and prepare annual review of guideline.
• Handle daily enquiries from agents & leaders related to agency benefits & performance management within service turnaround time to maintain a good communication between company & agency.

Job Requirements:

• Higher Diploma or above  

• Minimum 3 years relevant experiences in agency administration / operations, preferably in agency compensation, benefits and contracting 
• Fluent in both written and spoken English and Chinese 

• Result-oriented, attentive to details, good communication skill, mature with good manner 

• Proficiency in MS office applications including Word, Excel & Power point
