Associate Project Manager
Location: Menomonee Falls, WI (on-site)
Status: Full-Time, Exempt
Workplace Type: On-site. This role combines office-based project management work with regular interaction on the production floor to manage projects, build relationships, and gain firsthand understanding of manufacturing operations.

What You'll Do
- Support cross-functional projects from planning through implementation
- Coordinate activities and communicate with stakeholders across multiple departments
- Track project progress, timelines, and key performance indicators (KPIs)
- Assist with continuous improvement initiatives that increase efficiency and quality
- Help facilitate project meetings, action plans, and status updates
- Work with customers and suppliers on quality-related initiatives
- Maintain project documentation and support audit readiness efforts
- Identify project risks and implementation challenges and help keep projects moving forward
Requirements
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, Engineering, Supply Chain, or a related field preferred
- 0-2 years of project management, manufacturing, or related experience
- Internship, co-op, leadership, or manufacturing experience is a plus
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to communicate effectively with a variety of teams and stakeholders
- Analytical mindset with an interest in process improvement
- Comfortable learning new systems, processes, and business operations
