My client is a very forward-thinking and progressive practice based in Bristol. Working with a very friendly and supportive team, this role will see you take the lead role in providing bookkeeping and associated services for their diverse client base.

Your duties in this role will include providing accurate and timely bookkeeping and management accounting services for multiple clients, supervising the work prepared by on site and outsourced bookkeeping staff, preparing VAT and CIS returns, and assisting your clients with the use of their digital accounting software and resolving any issues.

This role would be a great fit for an CIMA or ACCA qualified candidate, or a candidate with a similar level of workplace-gained experience. Previous experience in a formal accountancy practice environment is essential, and you will need to have strong technical skills in all aspects of client bookkeeping, management accounting, VAT and CIS, along with strong digital software and staff management skills.
